      Pros

      Ethical company. Flexible working for some roles; active training and development department. Good products. Janssen is part of J&J. a very large organisation, so there are opportunities for cross- movement between different parts of Janssen and other J&J companies.

      Cons

      Too process-driven, much too much emphasis on KPIs; slow to adapt to changing working environment. Too many reporting spreadsheets.

      Easy, no pressure, no overburden of projects/ work. Lesser busy schedule than an academic research labs.

      Cons

      Many senior managers, are just swimming in the ocean, do not have sufficient scientific knowledge, rigour, motivation and are self sufficient, biased. Closed door science, not all team members will have any idea what is going on. Lacks inclusivity for many employees either hired by company or recruiting agencies. Hiring is based on biased approaches and dirty politics. Many directors lack efficiency, specific experience intellect, knowledge base, understanding and capabilities, especially those who have got hired due to some biased hiring managers.

      Good working environment and team and a lot you can learn from your team.

      Cons

      No benefit for contractors, Pays a lot more for everyday food also than internal employs, No benefits from the company, always feels like a second-grade citizen in any country
