      Pros

      Growing company, good hard-working people driven by purpose, collaborative environment, support work/life balance, good benefits.

      Cons

      Some leaders hand pick their favorites to fill roles. If you are not the chosen one, you cannot even compete for a role. And at times, the hand picked are bad choices. For most growth opportunities, need to be prepared to move to one of the Pennsylvania sites. Hence, most people live in Princeton area or in Doylestown area.
