      Pros

      Ethical culture, good pipeline, security of working for J&J, nice colleagues, working from home, innovative, always trying to improve, global opportunities, discounted J&J products, international colleagues

      Cons

      Too many processes and SOPs!! Poor work/life balance - despite being part of a huge company, resorcing is very lean If you can't relocate, opportunities for development/promotion can be limited, esp in more specialised functions

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent base pay and there is a high company morale. Most of the people are friendly and outgoing.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that the commission structure could be more competive. Other pharma companies pay sales reps more in commission.
