      Given significant responsibility in junior positions and freedom to succeed. Also, provided plenty of resources and additional training both at Janssen and J&J.

      Cons

      If you did not work your way up through sales you will need to work extra hard to understand the sales environment. Many brand managers and Sr. management started in pharma sales.
