      Pros

      Interesting culture. "Our credo" is very good but the employees don't feel it inside their hearts. Nice team buildings and benefits for Christmas party for kids.

      Cons

      The direct manager is the boss and if he/ she doesn't like you, you have no chance to proove that you can do more or better.
