      Pros

      They're extremely committed to teach you skills of the business and want to help you build your resume. The hours are relatively flexible and you manage your time. Everyone has a positive attitude and want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      They have the money to hire agencies for most of their projects so the role is more managerial rather then hands on. That being said it's a unique experience to work with so many hire-powered agencies.
