      Good opportunities within rigid culture

      Excellent benefits, several operating companies to promote between, good development opportunities.

      Cons

      Very corporate, top down approach to management. Blanket decisions applied universally rather than needs based on geography.

      Byzantine bureaucracy=No value added processes=Revenue destruction.

      Pros

      Established name in the industry. Well known range of consumer products. Deep pockets.

      Cons

      Engendered culture of bureaucratic non-value added processes, final result of which requires constant fixing. Culture of taking 33 steps where only 3 is required with almost fanatical insistence on following broken processes that at the end result in uniformal poor quality. Company is overstaffed 40-50% due to all absurd processes requiring more and more man hours with nothing to show for it at the end but wasted funds. Xenophobic culture towards foreign employees. Terrible quality food services at internal cafeteria (that smell...ugh). Depending on your building you might be exposed to 1950s plumbing and shabby offices.
