      the benefits are great. could not find a better company as far as benefits go. however, they are VERY stingy with vacation time

      Cons

      the culture at this company is the worst I have ever been a part of. There was a "hunger game" mentality. I watched co-workers waste unbelievable amounts of money just to make their expense reports look like they were actually working.

      Great Company. Great Benefits and 401k. Great Bonus Plan. Flexible.

      Cons

      Advancement relies solely on education and not as much by experience. You can have 15 years experience, but without a degree you are stuck.

      Pros

      Co-workers are very hard workers and excellent teammates. The benefits are good, though the medical plan continues to get more expensive each year.

      Cons

      There is not enough development of people. There is too much repetitive administrative work, and far too many conference calls, taking away time with customers.
