      Pros

      People are very nice and helpful, have a defined benefit plan which is awesome. Have work from home policy and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything, had to leave due to personal reason, otherwise will stay longer at the company, really liked my manager.

      -Lot of resources invested into employees -Collegial environment -Family culture great work life balance -Lot of opportunities for lateral transitions to other business areas

      Cons

      - Hierarchical corporate environment, therefore lots of tensions with regards to wins being shared -Employee reviews involve rankings within departments, can create alot of animosity within teams. -Job security under risk when brands go off patents
