      exciting work to bring new products from the lab to the plant

      -Generally pleasant colleagues and working environment -People passionate and professional about what they do -Credo can be a good unifier

      Cons

      -While a minority, poor and abrasive leaders exist (watch out!) and the company does nothing to weed them out or correct their behavior. Instead they seem to promote them or transfer them to other departments -Credo can be twisted to justify lots of behaviors
