      Fairly high professionalism, reasonable fairness in hiring/promoting. Excellent opportunities for transfer, crosstraining, etc.

      Low entry-level starting wages in many cases.

      Pros

      Great Pension Plan, Good company atmosphere with flexible hours. Amazing benefits and great insurance plan. Good leadership team. Lots of opportunities to improve.

      Cons

      No matching 401k for 1 year. But to know that you have a pension plan if you stay makes up for that.
