Pros

Great company with minimal downside. If you are smart, ready to learn, and enjoy the constant interaction of people, then this is the place for you.

Cons

There are not a lot of cons this is truly a great company with great people all you the only con I would say is their methodology when it comes to increasing the pay scale for their employees. Oftentimes individuals are forced to leave the company for a higher base salary only to come back later on for the equal side they're hired to leave for her this is unfortunate I think they lose a lot of really good talent this way.
