      As part of Johnson & Johnson, there are huge benefits and opportunities to learn and grow. Solid company with policies and procedures.

      Cons

      The Latin America group is small and senior leaders act as dictators without really understanding what is going on. After changes are made, most employees are left shaking their heads. You are asked to do too much without the necessary resources and support. Turnover has been high.
