      Pay and time off, benefits and location.

      Cons

      Poor diversity, unprofessional leadership with low integrity and morales. Facility up keep is horrendous. People work in silos, too many cliques and those who feel their untouchable shows their racist nature without any concerns for being held accountable.

      It’s a company going through a lot of change with previous bad leadership. Toxic culture and bullying in management. Even when highlighted nothing is done about it. All perks are a tickbox exercise. This is working for corporate America at its finest. Higher management don’t want to hear issues or help resolve them ‘come to me with solutions’
