Pros

I have had a good start to my career with Jacobs as I work for a contractor to NASA on the ARTEMIS program assisting in the computer simulations of the rocket missions NASA is attempting. The people I work with are very understanding and the overall Jacobs culture is one of support. That is golden, and not always found other places. Overall, I like Jacobs alot.

Cons

They are sometimes not careful with putting out a "want ad" that accurately represents what the job is...so there can be a little carelessness with what is advertised and what you discover the job actually is.

Contractor positions will have drug tests, annoying time sheets, and other kinds of legally required oversight.

Best job I've ever had during covid, team was understanding, worked together amazingly, overcame hurdles while not stagnating. The project I was working on blossomed and was delivered to customer satisfaction

Cons

you have to live near KSC, which means there's not a lot of things to do outside of work assuming you don't want to commute an hour. They are also slowly moving towards full on site work when I started out as fully remote (and did my job perfectly as such)
