Pros

The Branch that I work for is very conservative, somewhat relax as far as time-off policy. Compensation is above average and personal growth is limited.

Cons

It is a culture of the Old Boys Club which is tightly controlled. Benefits are below average and there is no concept of work-life balance.

Pros

You get paid, not much else

Cons

The management have their heads in the clouds and have no idea of the market place. People dont take responsibility for their work and no one enforces any sort of discipline. Payrises have been frozen for 3 years and the misguided sales team mean that the company will be shut down in next year or so once head office realise there is no money to be made...

Pros

Solid financials, some excellent people, wide range of projects with reasonable benefits

Cons

Weak management, internal self marketing is essential for continued employment. Incompetent, megalomaniac entrenched PM's allowed to run their own "mini kingdom". Good old boy club still very prevalent Without being in the "clique" it was impossible to find follow on projects as preferences made for those "inside"
