The Money was good, but it doesn't grow much past your hiring unless you're an Engineer. Good Work-Life balance.

Cons

Unlimited PTO isn't that usable given your workload and required presence, available perks decreased over time of employment.

You can not find the work culture in any company as promising as in Jacobs, and you will realise that once you are in or leave. great opportunity to learn and grow. exposure of world-class projects. great work-life balance that's why to give 4 stars deduct one for less compensation as compared to competitors

salary is low as a company to other competitors, however still worth to join for learning, work-life balance and bus services from to and fro
