Able to more or less choose my own hours, can work from home. Up to my own discretion on wfh, which is great. Having flexibility honestly makes me keen to go into the office because I don't feel forced. Great environment to learn from peers and work towards chartership etc.

Cons

Workload can get very heavy and then very quiet. Workloads work like troughs and peaks.
