Worked for CH2M before it was bought by Jacobs. Far too many drastic changes were made in the last 2 years. Senior Management & line management keeps changing. Not enough communication about what will happen.

Great atmosphere, along with some of the most supportive management team and coworkers. Upbeat environment, everyone has a lot of respect for each other there is no belittling of any kind. Everyone is there to help you.

Cons

Depending on the project manager you get it can make a difference in how difficult your workload, a good or decent PM will make your life easy, others can be difficult.
