Pros

Exposure to US & Australian jobs People who aren't part of Indian system are a delight to work with. US counterparts held very good value for better performers.

Cons

There are many, to list a few are following. Team structure is in disarray and with a constant struggle for Project allocation. Management considers employees as expendables and not valued resource for business. Appraisal system is colluded with various directives and influences. HR and Finance teams need to improve.

Lots of offices, plenty of projects to work on.

Cons

Raises are weak yearly bumps of 2-4%, and there is no accountability from senior leadership. The organization is very vertically organized, so there are many layers of management that blame the next level of management for any unpopular decisions.
