Exposure to US & Australian jobs People who aren't part of Indian system are a delight to work with. US counterparts held very good value for better performers.
Cons
There are many, to list a few are following. Team structure is in disarray and with a constant struggle for Project allocation. Management considers employees as expendables and not valued resource for business. Appraisal system is colluded with various directives and influences. HR and Finance teams need to improve.
