      Mostly good but tarnished with nepitism

      Pros

      Flat corporate structure, relaxed working environment where professionals are left alone to manage their clients. Thos who work hard are appreciated and thanked for their dedication

      Cons

      There is a lot of nepitism which results in qualified candidates getting overlooked and the pool of talent is all of a very similar ilk. Friends and family of senior members of staff and clients are fast tracked onto the graduate scheme and given opportunities to work in overseas offices whilst the same opportunities are not offered to others. Whilst bonuses are usually satisfactoy, pay rises are painful to negotiate.

      Pros

      People centric work culture, High levels of empowerment at Senior Manager+ levels Strong Leadership, leading from the front Open Honest communication from the top especially in challenging times. The CEO believes in leading with a sense of purpose and keep employees best interest in mind. Inspires the rest of the leadership levels to do right by the employees.

      Cons

      Like all growing organizations, JLT has had its share of highs & lows. We could focus more on managing change better. Said that, the organization has always reviewed its learnings & improved processes continuously to create a good experience for employees and clients
