      Pros

      Best place to work if you want to learn about Insurance broking, supporting managers and HR , 0% work pressure , very transparent.

      Cons

      Salary caping for the employees but i cannot blame the company as the main motive of the company to be set up in Mumbai from London was to cut the cost.
