I don't know yet the people are nice but most seem to have been here a very long time which is a sign that most people like it here.

Cons

The business can be overly conservative but that is as much owing to the industry as to anything else. They have an overly convoluted org structure that is confusing to the uninitiated

Fairly ok benefits and well funded clubs. Nice enough building in central London. Sparkling water on tap. Free tea and coffee.

Cons

Management in Wealth Management in serious need of addressing their knowledge and skills gaps. Appalling lack of technical knowledge and inability to develop staff and create route for progression. No bonus or appreciation, excessive micromanagement and workload. Uncontrollably high staff turnover, due to lack of ability to govern with any form of expertise. One of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune to work. Avoid.
