Pros

It's a big company so has decent benefits package (health insurance etc). Office building is nice and modern

Cons

Unfortunately despite the size of the business, the calibre of the middle managers is generally very poor. The result is that the teams are often demotivated. In my own case, there were constant needless barriers put up to stop progression to the next level in my career despite me being more than qualified. There are also no bonuses, and the pay rise for the year was below inflation.

Growth and development of the organisation creates good opportunities to develop your career, if you are prepared to put in the hard work you will be rewarded.

Cons

Can be political, the entrepreneurial nature of the company can often get frustrating as structure and process are minimal and little value put on central services.
