      1.Good employee friendly policies 2. Flexible work timings and pickup and drop facility

      Worked in India Finance function Mumbai: 1. Weak management and Finance Heads 2. Too much importance to blindly following processes rather using relevant process 3. Employees trained to work as per Whims and fancies of an individual and not as a team, and they get appreciation for such behaviour too 4. Ad hoc changes in job profile and did not get the profile promised during interview.Matters esp. if you are a qualified professional

      Pathetic senior management. Lip-Service and buttering is the key to success in JLT India (Pune to be precise). No career progression. Too much of politics and poor mgmnt, leading to pyschological impact on a normal human being.
