      Pros

      Very new division with a lot of scope to move around or find a niche. Is keen to promote from within company. Plenty of opportunities if you are a self starter.

      Cons

      High expectations of staff, busy periods can mean a lot of pressure. Due to the size of the company changes are often slow and reactive.

      Pros

      Used to be good to work there, however quickly deteriorated. Everyone I've met there are really nice, most likely because everyone is in the same boat in terms of poor management and being micromanaged.

      Cons

      You take a lot of abuse from people on the phone for things that have nothing to do with your department/you. Communication between admin and those actually speaking to people need to improve. The micromanagement is ridiculous- having to ask for permission to go to the toilet, sometimes having to wait for 15+ mins to get an answer from a manager. Never getting a reply when you've asked to take time off, and putting a ban on any holidays/days off for the next 3 months. Being lied to about progression opportunities and bonuses. All in all, stay away from here- it all sounds good on paper, but once you've worked there a while, you start noticing the cracks and how poorly people are treated by management.
