      1. Less growth opportunities for seniors due to limited internal job postings. 2. They claim they aren’t target centric, however the employees are forced to prove their worth basic hypothetical set targets.

      Great prospects if you are a consultant

      Cons

      Horrific IT systems. Little to no prospects of progression for non client facing staff. Middle management lie to staff consistently about prospects. Only sales targetted staff can increase pay. There is no way to measure non sales performance. Operational staff are viewed as a cost. Ignorance in software development best practices yet sells a platform.
