      Sr. Management, HR and Onshore has no idea about the fudging that the offshore team does.

      It's a big company so has decent benefits package (health insurance etc). Office building is nice and modern

      Unfortunately despite the size of the business, the calibre of the middle managers is generally very poor. The result is that the teams are often demotivated. In my own case, there were constant needless barriers put up to stop progression to the next level in my career despite me being more than qualified. There are also no bonuses, and the pay rise for the year was below inflation.
