      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for IT folks, encouraging environment and good working culture. Creativity and innovation are encouraged. Top Management(Director and Sr Management) very friendly, your concerns are heard and action-ed, are open to suggestions and also provide multiple platforms for implementing them. Salary is at par with the market too.

      Pay is alright. Leadership is confused, autocratic

      Cons

      Dictatorial structure. One man show. No growth opportunities. No clear strategy, no graveness towards operational aspects, no respect of employees. Poaching always!
