      Got a good bunch of people... Good work happening Executive Management is open about its strategy and future plan of actions

      Growth progression is very limited Management comes across biased Needs to be flexible and take standardized approach addressing issues of employees

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to get involved in different projects. Great location. General old school manners which are hard to find these days.

      Cons

      Management is very political which hinder productivity and progression. Though company is growing at a fast rate, lack of sophisticated systems and resources makes day to day activities quite laborious and time consuming.

      Pros

      Good location, benefits, technology training, relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Very little work most of which is too easy. Dis-organised working practices and obstinate lead developers. No domain or product knowledge sharing. Products used by JLT competitors leading to no vision for products. Being outsourced.
