Pros
People who work so hard to get so little. Any good member of staff who is worth their salt will look elsewhere just to be treated fairly or have already left. Due to desperation of business and inability to service clients you can threaten to leave and you will get a pay rise. Sometimes twice or three times. (But have a job to go to incase)
Cons
Incompetent EB Executive and so called Directors. Continuous changes in structure just to get rid of staff whose faces dont fit. Top heavy lazy snr management who are "too dear to get rid of" but are the downfall of the business by disrespectful and bullying behaviours. Secret deals with staff to leave on the quiet. The world doesnt evolve around Mumbai. Reputable Clients are leaving as reputations are being damaged due to the poor quality of service. Many more would leave if they knew the issues that are not communicated!!
