      Pros

      Migration once a year to onshore location, If lucky enough more than once a year. Can Expect a decent 10% Yearly appraisal.

      Cons

      HR is very weird, JLT doesn't consider Experience people with more than 3 years experience, either they consider fresher or the one with more than 6-8 years experience need to improve on this.

      Market equivelent benefits renumeration package, various employee days out or events, training support for various professional qualifications, respect for work life balance for all employees, located next door to train station, free drinks.

      Cons

      Lack of performance reviews and very little opportunity to progress further with in the organisation, some team leaders or managers lack competency..
