      Pros

      Has been 1 year in JLT India now. There are many points I like about JLT India:- 1. A very Nice work culture.Stress free environment,frequently organised events,parties to bust all stress,a cool and beautiful location and facility adds to a cool work culture. 2. Good Onsite opportunities. 3. Nice salary ,hike and bonus. 4. Fast Growing company. 5. Moving towards process oriented approaches. 6. Good work and focus on new technologies. 7. Appreciation in the form of monthly,quarterly and yearly awards. 8. A lot of efforts and cost spent on training employees.

      Cons

      Hierarchy and roles are different from other IT companies. As of now no other points.

      Pros

      Good pay and hike as compare to typical IT company. Good infrastructure and nice atmosphere to work. Pick and drop facilities. Hygienic food in cafeteria with nominal cost. Lots of thing to learn and get exposure of UK(Onsite).

      Cons

      I enjoy each and every moment in JLT. It is growing very rapidly.
