      Flexible, work-life balance exists but have to be earned by demonstrating your value

      Cons

      None that I can think of that is super important. Would be nice to have food court within the campus but that is not in the org's control completely.

      Pros

      Excellent people everywhere. Some of the world's best in R&D and Product and Engineering. Products are always innovating, and product engineers are engaged with customers - you name a cool company, they are a customer. If you love working with customers and seeing them succeed, this will loads of fun.

      Cons

      Expect new incoming leaders to prove themselves before giving them the reigns. Expertise is not valued as much as results.
