The company is filled with smart, passionate engineers who genuinely care about building world-class DevSecOps and cloud solutions. Leadership encourages ownership and gives teams the autonomy to make meaningful decisions. The cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Cloud teams is one of the best I’ve experienced. Work-life balance is respected, and the hybrid model allows flexibility without losing the sense of team connection.

      Cons

      As the company continues to scale, processes can sometimes lag behind growth, and priorities may shift quickly, but that’s part of being in a fast-moving tech environment.
