      Pros

      JFrog truly embraces innovation, open communication, care and more... The company is filled with smart, passionate engineers who genuinely care about building world-class DevSecOps and cloud solutions. Leadership encourages ownership and gives teams the autonomy to make meaningful decisions. The cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Cloud teams is one of the best I’ve experienced. Work-life balance is respected, and the hybrid model allows flexibility without losing the sense of team connection.

      Cons

      As the company continues to scale, processes can sometimes lag behind growth, and priorities may shift quickly, but that’s part of being in a fast-moving tech environment.

      Pros

      Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

      Cons

      Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
