Pros

The company has an amazing culture and truly great people. Diversity is celebrated and you can feel it in the everyday work environment. Work-life balance is respected, and the operations team does a fantastic job organizing activities, parties, and happy hours that keep everyone connected. Management is very supportive — clear direction is given, tasks are well-structured, and there’s strong alignment with the company’s goals and vision. On top of that, the product is very strong and has huge potential in the market, which makes the work even more exciting and impactful.

Cons

The only potential downside is the mandatory 3 in the office policy. Personally, this has never been an issue for me, but it might be less ideal for those who prefer a fully remote setup.

Pros

The offices are located right next to a train station, so it's pretty convenient to get there with public transportation. The company offers an ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan), which is a nice financial benefit. Overall, the people are great, and the day-to-day work flows well. The building is new, with several floors, so there’s always space to step away if you need quiet away from the open space.

Cons

The hybrid work model is very strict — employees are required to be in the office three days a week, with no flexibility or exceptions. The design teams are quite fragmented and work in silos, which makes cross-team collaboration and sharing assets more complicated. There's often a lack of responsiveness from the HR team when issues arise. The development teams don't always encourage open conversations about bugs, and sometimes design-related decisions are made without consulting the designers. There’s a lot of hands-on involvement from upper management, including the CEOs, which can feel exhausting at times.
