      Mature products with clear customer value; work feels meaningful. Engineering culture values ownership, clean code, testing, and reliability. Reasonable on-call for my team and healthy work-life balance overall. Modern tooling and pragmatic processes.

      Some legacy areas add complexity and documentation can lag behind. Career ladders are not equally clear across all engineering teams.

      In my team, I genuinely feel empowered to take responsibilities, learn and try new things, It's a great feeling to know my manager has my back. :-)

      work/life balance can be a challenge. sometimes there are so many open projects and tasks that it's hard to prioritize.

      Pros

      JFrog is a fantastic place to work. There is a genuine culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and you are given the space to take initiative and lead projects. You get to work with incredibly smart, talented, and supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      Like many successful, high-growth tech companies, things move extremely fast. This can sometimes mean that internal processes or structures are playing catch-up to the pace of innovation, which can create minor friction. However, this is improving.
