Pros

Great place to work if you like ownership and moving fast. The people are sharp, motivated, and genuinely care about building great products. Leadership gives a lot of trust and freedom to make things happen. You can actually see the impact of your work. JFrog has all the big names as customers, and it's amazing to see how things grow, especially in the era of AI.

Cons

There are still some growing pains as the company scales — processes can be messy and priorities change fast. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity.

Sometimes the pace of change is fast, which can be slightly overwhelming , but it also keeps things exciting and never boring

Pros

Deep commitment to Israel and social responsibility. Financially stable and strategically managed with clear vision. Strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. Regular employee surveys demonstrate interest in staff perspectives. Competitive benefits and a generally positive work environment.

Cons

Decision-making can feel too top-down, with limited input from employees on the ground. As the company grows, processes can become slower and harder to drive. A bit too rigid about on-site presence — “Collaboration Days” don’t always feel meaningfully different from regular days.
