Pros

Very nice products, nothing else is good about this place

Cons

Company culture is pretty much terror! HR hates the employees. Top management is doing everything to make the employee small.

Pros

Good people that try to make it an environment of support.

Cons

Worst toxic work environment ever mascaraed behind Codex that are not followed. Leadership is out of touch and pretend to be one big happy family in the "swamp" but they aren't. As a result, this leads to extremely high turn-over in all departments. Chaotic environment where employees are trying to succeed and are too scared to stand up for anything. Too many inconsistencies. Do not leave your current job for this mess.

Pros

There is nothing noteworthy to mention. This is a typical tech company.

Cons

The work environment is high stress and there is little reward for the effort that employees put in. It's a shame because there are many talented and hardworking individuals here who could be thriving in a more supportive environment. Behind the scenes, a significant amount of politics occurs, resulting in an increase in stress and tension for employees. This has led to a low level of morale and a high turnover rate, indicating that employees are unhappy with the current work environment. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of communication, with employees often feeling left in the dark about important decisions and changes. The newly appointed management seems to prioritize their job security over team success, leading to the excessive creation of unnecessary processes.
