Pros
Benefit package is significantly better than average, culture is good, plenty of work to do. Technical experience levels are great, but IT career growth opportunity tops out very suddenly.
Cons
JBS is an amalgam of many different companies and acquired organizations. As a result, much of the IT infrastructure is not set up properly or utilized to best effect. I could make significantly more elsewhere, but life circumstances make it a good fit. Heavy role segregation in the IT department makes it difficult to get things done.
