Decisions are taken quite fast. It is a very exciting business (food). . . . . . . . .

Cons

Too many directors and people not Market oriented. People are very focus on executing and planning short term but not on a long term. A lot of hidden agendas take place.

Pros

I met some amazing friends, JBS cafe, discounted meat, scheduling can be flixible and decent employer sponsored healthcare.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management, high stress, volatile working conditions,no appreciation from management ,difficult bureaucracy, poor training, high turnover rate with employees, management threatens employees with their job rather than offer constructive criticism (I've experienced this first hand and heard from several employees that they've been threatened), no definition of 'team', veteran employees degrade new employees, management uses threats and intimidation to push employees rather than lead by example, and the office stinks.
