Pros

Banking sector pay and benefits.

Cons

It's an investment bank. You work with a lot of people that are dead or worse from an ethical point of view. Complex systems with financial consequences cause a lot of fire-fighting in your week. If you want your job to be just a job, then you may be able to hack it. Otherwise, why do it to yourself?
