HR ignore staff concerns and force through contract changes without consent Little or no leadership presence in HQ Lack of team building activity Annual bonus scheme impossible to understand and payments bear no relation to achievements. Too much reliance on dealer network to solve issues, not enough resource in UK market. Very little interest in career development
