Pros

Nice staff, interesting projects and impactful work.

Cons

The pay is awful considering they make huge profits and most people have really good degrees/ prior experience. Staff burn out quickly because the resourcing is terrible. Everyone works way over their contracted hours with minimal recogntion for their hard work (i.e. half the time you won't even get a thank you). The churn rate is high and getting higher, yet senior management bury their heads in the sand and refuse to acknowledge that pay / work life balance are consistently cited as the reasons for leaving. The business model seems to rely on employing nice people who want to work hard and make a difference via research, but employee good will isn't enough. They have lost so many excellent researchers because of this.
