      Pros

      Great co-workers. Learning operational tasks. Decent place to learn the ropes for recent grads for a year.

      Cons

      No appreciation of hard and intelligent work (thru compensation or merit based growth opportunities) Selective promotions not based on merits Long hours 60+/week Not client centric or strategic Issues are known but not a priority for management.

      Just a well known company.

      Cons

      Where do I start, I have been at this company a couple of years and I hate it (like many other people). They just don't treat their employees with respect at all. Unfair treatment is a common culture in the company. Promotions/Bonuses are not transparent at all. Senior staff tend to play favourites a lot. People management is atrocious, they keep on hiring senior people who are clueless line managers, at best. Projects are managed badly & are always run under stressful conditions. This is just not a nice company to work for - Plain & simple. Plus there is not development.

      Terrific moderators, good workers, shitty management

      Pros

      Company reputation, 'tools and techniques' available, client roster, strength of moderation team. The 'worker bees' are generally competent and want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Senior management -- incompetent, inconsistent, unfocused, ill-prepared. High level of bureacracy. Unfocused strategic plan (that changes almost weekly!). Senior hiring decisions are all too often based on folks who 'look good' on paper, but don't have a clue how to actually DO their jobs.
