Pros

Bad management, low payment, no welfare for worker. If you are in problem in the field they can't help you.

Cons

The managerial teams are bossy. No ladder or opertunity. I found some idiots are working in HR to keep you slave. This is not a British standard research organisation. It is funny when they claim it is a leader g research organisation. Ipsos MORI is a pro European company and they have some hidden agenda to mislead national statistics and it is not serving British interests. They sell people's personal information to third parties.

Pros

The people are amazing -- really smart, willing to help, great team environment. Can't say enough about the people. Salary is fairly competitive for a research supplier.

Cons

But the leadership over the last several years has become solely focused on the bottom line. Constant activities to drive sales, less focus on people, training, etc.

Pros

informal culture, broad range of opportunities to gain experience in different sectors. Better paid than most other research agencies. Less volatile working environment than other agencies. Easy environment to work in.

Cons

Not a destination any decent graduate (top 30 uni) should consider. Badly paid compared to the London employment market. Pay rises between all grades are not worth the hassle of getting promoted, you could invest the time and effort in getting a different job. Hours can be very long (50+ pw). Employee benefits if you are not married with kids are rubbish.
