      Some really good people to work with, good thinking and interesting clients

      Really bad talent management and recruitment, lots of bureaucracy and processes which slow down the work, lack of future vision

      Pros

      Nothing really. They took a great company called synovate and turned that into ashes too!!

      Cons

      No learning Not one good researcher in the top levels Too Top heavy with people on top doing absolutely nothing. that ways, people at the lower levels can take on as much responsibility as they want! without any guidance. Too Bureaucratic Absolutely pathetic and almost absent HR No useful research tools Shady office

      Pros

      Good projects, nice colleagues. People are very willing to help us if you need any. Minimal politics.

      Cons

      Technology (e.g. Big data and Social media) is changin the industry but the company fails to catch up with the trend. Projects compete on pricing mainly instead of expertise. Hours can be long but you only get 3% raise in salary. Too botton line driven. I can't really see the leadership of senior management. No strategies, no visions. Only putting employee at expense.
