Pros

Worked on a specialized team with leadership that had 25+ years experience in their fields as researchers, it was inspiring to work with them Good benefits Good PTO package with lots of options for taking days off Competent management that valued autonomy and let me make my own decisions on projects, even asked for my advice

Cons

Very little job security from the company, they are huge and the second they are looking to cut, they'll do it quickly and with little empathy. Even if you and your manager have plans for your future. Technology is generally outdated, other companies are using tech that's years ahead of what Ipsos uses The company wants to pivot to consulting and strategy but at the end of the day, its assets are public opinion polling and surveys, so if that's not interesting to you, you'll get bored quickly HR is awful, they are clearly understaffed and have no leadership so trying to do anything with them is like pulling teeth. The company is not doing well. The BU I was in lost a HUGE account and entire teams were laid off. So they can say whatever they want, but when you're losing accounts, you're losing money.

Pros

Pro you are Paid fortnightly

Cons

Supervisor and Team Leader don’t know what there are doing when conducting quality checks for the phone interviews. Always was lucky to pass mine however when I tried to give feedback on what could improved on their ended was met with a hostile attitude. Also was told I was under performing on my stats but when I check via the on line portal they were in line with what was expected of me and on occasion above that.

Pros

Flexibility of working from home or at the premises.

Cons

This company used to be great, I was feeling valued and respected as an employee. Around December 2022-January 2023 there were some huge changes for the worst. They aren’t nice anymore, in fact now they are brutal. It’s an inhumane and uninterested environment, that sees interviewers as soul-less dialling machines who can be very easily replaced.
